Refund policy

Jimbhi aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. Our every garment is made specifically for you after you place your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for exchange, or store credit.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

A flat fee of INR 200 will be deducted from all orders claiming refund, to arrange for pickup and manage shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopjimbhi@gmail.com. Your request will be monitored within 72hrs. Returns via Instagram or any other social media platform will not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted in case of damages or wrong item recieved so we request you to please double check before checking out.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (innerwear, lingerie, accesories, staple pieces, shoes and swimwear), custom products (such as special orders or personalized measurements items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/store credits.


Exchanges
For exchanges please email us at shopjimbhi@gmail.com. Size exchanges are subject to availability.

 

All domestic orders can be exchanged with a chargeable fee of ₹ 150 to arrange for pick up. Pick up for exchange will only be initiated once this flat fee is paid.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURNS:

  • Custom orders, made exclusively for clients according to their measurements, are not qualified for exchange or store credit

  • Once paid for - orders cannot be cancelled and if requested, amount will be transferred as store credit to your account.
  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customers will not be refunded for shipping costs both ways. This will be deducted from the final invoice value. 

  • Store credit for the web-shop will be given for the price paid of item(s) purchased and will be valid for 30 days. Items purchased via store credit will not be eligible for return/exchange

  • Only one exchange is permitted after which further requests for refund or exchange will not be entertained.
